Hey there, I’m Michelle!

I work out of my little home studio in Edmonton Alberta. If I’m not at my wheel covered in mud or parked at my desk with a paintbrush, I can usually be found snuggled up with one of my 3 cats and a good book or a crochet project. I love coffee, horror novels, plants, cats, and sweets. This is a non-exhaustive list, I’m a simple human that finds joy in all kinds of things.

I have a questionable attention span, which has led me to collect a lot of mediums and hobbies. Ceramics has been my primary focus for the last few years, but I also love painting, and it’s up to what the day’s mood is whether I pick up a watercolour palette or a tube of oil paint. Regardless of what I’m up to, I love to keep playful with my work. As a keeper of many houseplants (much to my partner’s dismay), I love to bring botanical inspiration into my work.
